Our road to becoming a customer was a long process, and everyone involved on the Litmos team from account management to customer support, were flexible, adaptable, and respectful of our internal goals, process, and timeline.

Litmos is an easy to use tool that lets every employee within the organization explore various training opportunities. It is easy to track our progress, add new courses and locate our completed training sessions.

Litmos is great for a scalable training/onboarding/learning platform for customers and employees. We use it to host learning and onboarding content — courses/learning paths and live trainings (ILTs) — for customers and employees. We use it to leverage the time and expertise of our subject matter experts and trainers to scale up our implementation and support resources. We are able to set up teams for all of our customers and then their own team leaders manage users, course assignments, and reporting.

Litmos content has provided our clients with engaging and rich learning experiences. Litmos content is grounded in research and theories that have been around and are well-documented and supported. We love the tremendous instructional design and creativity that goes into these courses.

10/10 Service and Customer Experience. We use the platform to provide online training to medical doctors across the US in the placement of our medical device the IB-Stim. We were having to fly our trainer across the country multiple times a month and utilizing Litmos as an online training course platform has eliminated that almost entirely.

The utility has made it easier for us to train and onboard our employees, so they will be more prepared to contribute more quickly than used to be possible. One of the most important advantages of Litmos is that its component departments can share and store information in one place. This has made it possible for districts to work more cooperatively and no longer divide themselves into departments.

Our best LMS experience so far! Litmos' massive feature set fits our needs and then some! Grouping users by Teams, flexible team admin structure, team catalogs and auto-enroll are essential for organizing our 350,000 + annual users into 40 separate regions, each with their own curricula and requirements. Deep API integration with our MMS coupled with Litmos Assign makes this possible. Reporting is flexible and useful, and robust hosting infrastructure handles our peak traffic period of over 12,000 unique logins per day.

Litmos is Awesome: The Review of a New Hire Experiencing the Site and Now Consulting on It. Litmos has been user-friendly on my side as a newer user to the system. I flew through the required trainings because of the easy-to-comprehend website as well as the great display options available. This has prepared me well for consulting and pitching the product to our clients as well as brushing up on relevant HR concepts and compliance updates.

An incredible tool for our small business. Litmos makes it easy to provide consistent training across our many campuses and to our remote staff. In our industry, there are frequent audits and demands for records and Litmos makes it very easy to pull the data quickly.
